Everybody knows the Phillies bullpen was a dumpster fire on steroids this past season. It was so bad, pitching coach Bryan Price just announced his retirement. For real.
Price turned nobodies into Cy Young winners. But I guess the guys in the Phillies pen were worse than nobodies. Apparently, the decision was for personal reasons. But I have feeling the flaming pile of garbage he had to work with had a lot to do with it.
So now, the Phillies need a GM, a pitching coach, a brand new bullpen, and a new contract for that Realmuto guy. It's gonna be an interesting winter.
